CCleaner Has Stopped After Run? +1(888)-720-3203 Customer Support




I have recently had to move my business and in the move the computer I had quickbooks is not not working so I have installed quickbooks on my new computer and when I go to open it comes up with a dialog box : QUICKBOOKS has stopped working Windows is checking for a solution, then it comes up with a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. I have tried removing and re-installing - Please help I really need to get it up and going to run my business


Try reducing the security levels on Internet Explorer:

1.    Tools > Internet Options > Security > Internet
2.    Ensure Security level for this zone is set to no higher than Medium;
3.    Click on Privacy tab and set the Internet zone to Low;
4.    Close Internet Explorer, launch QuickBooks and open your company file.

If you still have a problem, try this:

1.    Launch QuickBooks to the No Company Open screen
          Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys then launch QuickBooks;
          Continue holding down the Ctrl and Shift keys until the No Company Open Screen opens.  
2.    Open the Sample file by clicking then Open a Sample file button;
3.    If the Sample File opens, then adjust desktop preferences:
          Edit > Preferences > Desktop View > My Preferences;
          Click on Don’t save the desktop;
4.    Open your company file.
